En 2006, Nike collaborait pour la première fois avec la marque hong-kongaise CLOT en créant une Air Max 1 NL Premium avec une toe box transparente et un design inspiré de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise.
En 2013, Nike et CLOT ont décidé de ressortir une paire d’Air Max 1 appelé « Kiss Of Death II » avec un coloris plus sobre : blanc et gris. Sa construction en hyperfuse et ses différents empiècements thermo-collés offre un rendu très moderne à cette paire d’Air Max 1 qui est également inspirée de la médecine chinoise. Une broderie avec le logo de CLOT sur le talon ainsi qu’une icy sole avec une empreinte de pied ajoute une réelle valeur ajoutée à la paire. À noter également une magnifique version spécial box que l’on retrouve ci-dessous :

This pair is called the « Kiss of Death » because of the design inspired by the old traditional Chinese medicine.
The toe box of the shoe is transparent and the shoe is made with a premium ostrich leather.
In 2013, Nike and CLOT created a new Air Max 1 called « Kiss of Death II » with a sober grey and white colorway.
The upper mixes Hyperfuse and thermo-bonded parts gives this pair a very modern look for a traditional Chinese medicine inspiration.
There is also a stitched part on the heel with the CLOT logo and an icy sole with a foot print on the sole.
